Hi Xiangjun,
I believe what you want is to set the tmYLFormat resource to "f", which 
means to
get rid of unnecessary trailing zeros. Please see  example #8 on the 
tickmark
applications page:

This example shows many ways that you can control the formatting of your
axis labels.
