CnFillScaleF

Hi Folks:

I know less than 1.0 value will increase the fill.

What is the difference if I choose:

cnFillScaleF = 0.9

And

cnFillScaleF = 0.5?

In other words, how can I achieve maximum fill by set up cnFillScaleF ?
