Re: NCL southern hemisphere bug

As a followup to this post, we did indeed find a problem with the
calculation of the coordinates of Lambert Conformal grids
for the southern hemisphere (GRIB 1 only -- GRIB 2 is okay). A fix
has been checked in.
Anyone affected by this problem can get a new binary. Send email to
haley_at_ucar.edu for instructions.
