NCL V5.1.0 coming soon

Hi all,

I anticipate that version 5.1.0 will be released this week. Those of
you who are downloading the V5.0.0 source code and trying to get it
to work may want to wait a few days for V5.1.0. Of course, any work
that you've already done to get the external software packages
(NetCDF, HDF, G2CLIB, Udunits, etc) to build still applies, so you
don't need to halt work on this.
