getting "dyld: ... not loaded: /Users/haley/tmp/5.1.0/..." (MacOS 10.5 Intel binary download)

Maybe this is hard-coded into the MacOS 10.X Intel binary of 5.1.0. Just
need to know if I can fix it locally or request an updated binary.
(P.S. I had ncl 5.0.0 working on my Mac Leopard MacBook Pro, then
downloaded the opendap-ncl 5.1.0 binary for this machine. Now, ncl will
not run even with "ncl -V", always giving the same "Library not loaded"
message that references a haley home directory.
