HDF2NETCDF conversion

Dear all,

Can anybody tell mee how to convert the hdf file to netcdf file using the ncl.I am new to the ncl.Here is the example of the my hdf file dump. How to give the the latitude and longitude values

filename:    Jul2009-1km-d14-India-chl
path:    Jul2009-1km-d14-India-chl.hdf
