Hello
I succesfully used PopLatLon to remap a pop ocean file onto an atmospheric lat/lon
grid. However, when I look at the remapped field information using PrintVarSummary:
====================================================================================================================================
Variable: ssh_remap

Total Size: 10616832 bytes
2654208 values

Coordinates:
time: [2221..2555]
Y: [1..384]
X: [1..576]
Number Of Attributes: 8
_FillValue : 9.96921e+36
long_name : Sea Surface Height
units : centimeter
coordinates : TLONG TLAT time
grid_loc : 2110
cell_methods : time: mean
missing_value : 9.96921e+36
spatial_op : Bilinear remapping: 1st order: destarea: NCL: /matmp/tomas/mapping/maps//map_tx0.1v2_to_fv0.47x0.63_bilin_da_070911.nc
====================================================================================================================================
I see that I am not getting latitude and longitude coordinates. Is this normal? Is there a way to get
the latitude and longitude coordinates in NCL or should I just read them in from an atmosphere
file. I tried re-mapping the 2-d lat lons and this falls short because of Antarctica (lats all Fill
Values).
Thanks.
Bob
