A bug in "$NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/contributed.ncl"

Hi,

Not sure whether this was reported before.
In the function getind_latlon2d, since ind1d may contain more than one
element, I guess we should change "if (.not.ismissing(ind1d)) then" to
"if (.not.ismissing(ind1d(0))) then".
