Re: plotting stageIV precipitaton data

It is always suggested that the file be looked at prior to use.
The .grb is added to the file so NCL knows how to read it.
(The .grb need *not* be part of the actual file name.)

%> ncl_filedump ST4.2009103112.24h.grb | less
