the gradsf and lapsf function

hi:
 I am caculating the gradient and laplace of mean sea level pressure in the regular grids by the lapsf and gradsf function, and i wonder if the unit of input pressure is Hpa, then what are the units of output gradient and laplace? gradient: Hpa/(radian)2, laplace: Hpa/radian ?
