Basically the same ... two different users contributed these functions.

(1) calcMonAnomLLLT requires the user to input a climatology.
This climatology could have been calculated for some reference
period. eg 1950-1979. Hence all the anomalies are differences from
this period.

(2) mMonAnnCycLLLT internally calculates the climatology for
the entire period of the input data. So input 100 years
of data (1200 months) then the anomalies will be referenced
to the 100 year climatology.
