new colormap

Hi ncl developers,

I was looking for a colormap and I found one that It's exactly what I want.
However I discovered this colormap is only avaliable for next release.
Is it possivel anyone send me the .gp and .rgb file to include in my
library?

If yes, I'd appreciate.

ps: The colormap is "BlueYellowRed"
