messed up colors

Hi all

I am trying to draw a simple plot in NCL version 6.0.0-beta, it draws the
plot but the colors seem to be messed up.
I have attached the plot. Some of the colors drawn are not part of the color
table I used: "precip_diff_12lev" on url:
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Graphics/ColorTables/precip_diff_12lev.shtml

May be, I am missing something but I did not encounter such problem in
version 5.2.

any comments?
