There is a calcDayAnomTLLL in contributed.ncl.

There is no smthClmDayTLLL but there is a smthClmDayTLL. You can extract
this from contributed.ncl and make minor modifications to make it
handle 4D data. Then, after it works correctly, you can donate it to
contributed.ncl
