Gfs data are download by opendap procedure in the scrpt

the procdure plot the temperature at 2m in 60 differnt time and assign a new file name for a better reading

file used ncl_ncarg-6.0.0-Linux_Debian_x86_64_gcc445.tar

OS debina squeeze which have as standar Gcc the versio 445
