Re: WRFUserARW.ncl help

Hi,

wrf_pvo and related functions are built into the ncl executable and
hence you must upgrade your version of NCL in order to use them.
It is not pssible to use the new WRFUserARW script with an old NCL
because it calls a lot of the newer built in functions.
