function

I have two questions. One is below:
 
The cmaq model has 23 levels and I want to calculate the Column concentration of SO2 that is some integration from the ground to the free atmosphere .whcih function should use in the ncl ??
 
The other is below:
The output of the SO2 is ppmv in the model and I want to convert it to mg/m^3,which function should I use in the ncl?
