wrfout_to_cf.ncl warning messages

Hi,

I want to convert standard netcdf output files from WRF to CF compliant format. I found an ncl conversion script wrfout_to_cf.ncl available at http://www.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/utilities/util.htm. However when I run this script, I get the following warnings. Despite these warnings, the script generates the new file which is presumably cf compliant but when I try to load it in AVIZO or Paraview (both 3d visualization programs that take netcdf CF convention data) do not show anything.

I appreciate if somebody could advise how to fix this problem
