All-
I was perusing a script of the users group archives the other day and found:
> .
> .
> .
> loc = wrf_user_ll_to_ij(a, lons, lats, True)
>
> ; loc(0,;) is west-east (x) ; loc(1,:) is south-north (y)
> ; subtract one since we want to use it as an index in NCL

> x_start = loc(0,0) - 1
> .

This makes me wonder if I have been misapplying wrf_user_ll_to_ij(). The comment section above suggests that the indices returned by the function perhaps range: 1 -> nx , 1 -> ny, while NCL uses the zero_offset: 0 -> nx - 1, 0 -> ny - 1?
Am I interpreting this correctly?
PLZ advise
