hello,

The original NCL Taylor Diagram code was donated by me.
The quarter view is the most commonly used and that is
what I needed at the time. The expansion to half circle
is certainly possible. However, it would require
a number of changes and I don't have the time.

This has a script you can download. This writes as
text any negative correlations and places where any
standardized deviation > 1.65 Further, the % bias relative
to the reference values is indicated.
