wrf_ll_to_ij function

Hello,

I am working on the comparisons between observations and CMAQ model output, and try to find coordinator of i,j according to lat/lon of observed sites by using wrf_ll_to_ij function. ref_lat and ref_lon in this function must be from WRF domain definition, since our CMAQ model central lat and central lon (output by mcip) are not same as WRF, and how to calculate input parameters KNOWI and KNOWJ in this function?
Very appreciate any suugestions and help!
