poisson grid fill

Hi, i use successfully the poisson_grid_fill function (it very well works well), but in a particular case i want the function to give me (directionals) values that are the closeset to the last "nearest known value". i don't understand very well how works "guess_type, nscan, epsx, relc" parameters, how can i set them to give me something quite similar to the last "nearest known value" ? thanks in advance, Yann
