ttest and gsn_csm_pres_hgt function

Hi,

 

I would like to make a t test between my regridded ECHAM5 data and the NCEP data. First of all I regridded my ECHAM5 data with the g2fsh function. Then I calculated the variance and the time average of zonal wind. After that I interpolated the ECHAM5 data from hybrid coordinates to pressure coordinates with the vinth2p function. Finally I calculated the gsn_csm_pres_hgt function. The problem is that ncl change the time format and i get wrong values of zonal wind. Has anyone an idea?  Thank you.
