convert NSIDC ice motion data to netcdf

Hello all,

I've seen in the archives (
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Support/talk_archives/2007/1799.html) that there is
a script for converting NSIDC EASE binary ice motion files to netCDF. Is
there any chance this is still available?
