Setting Contour Labels

Hello NCL,

I have a setting for my contour labels as follow:

res@cnLevelSelectionMode = "ExplicitLevels"
res@cnLevels = (/-150,-120,-90,-60,-30,30,60,90,120,150/)
res@cnLineLabelBackgroundColor = "white"

The questions are:
1. What should I do If I just want to show the contour labels only for +/-
30 , +/- 90, and +/- 150 ?

2. Is there any way to rotate the contour label to become Horizontal in
direction instead of following the direction of the contour?
