besides, I use the ncl version 5.2.1, everthing goes ok.
and when I use netcdf version 3.6.3, the ncdump can not recognise the nc data:
[chenf@TC5000 result] ncdump -h geo_em.d01.nc
ncdump: geo_em.d01.nc: NetCDF: Unknow file format.
My WRF-WPS is complied with netcdf4, maybe this would be the problem.
