Interchanging the colorbar and Xlabel string positions

Hi,

Does anyone know how to move the xaxis label string above the colorbar when
the colorbar is oriented horizontally? I've looked at the tiXAxisString
properties but cannot find a possible solution.

Appreciate any help with this.
