The ESG website for downloading NCL is down, with an estimated up time of Thursday, 10/3.

If it is critical that you download NCL before then, please send me a personal email, with details of what kind of system you have:

  uname -a
  gcc --version
  [what flavor of Linux: RedHat, Debian, Ubuntu, etc]
