Re: [ncl-install] ncl-install Digest, Vol 72, Issue 10

We've seen other issues as well, and I personally don't want to upgrade until they shake out a few bugs.

My husband regrets upgrading, because it times out his VPN connection every 2 minutes. This is a well-known bug now and somebody is looking into it.

He also had trouble with audio when playing a DVD, and his mouse pointer appeared to be dragging around a few extra weird lines.

I had not heard about the mail bug! That sounds like a bad one.

Since its free I was going to give it a go but I wanted to hear if anyone had any difficulties before doing so. For example, going from snow leopard to lion required recompiling gfortran while going from Lion => mountain lion required no additional no changes so the process can be really easy or a slight pain!
