Hi Azizul,

I can't tell that there's any sort of string/filename limit that your paths might be tripping over. Only you can verify that the pathnames are correct. What happens if you enter the shell command:

ls -l /home/ahaque/Projects/CMIP5A/Daily/historical/CNRM-CM5/r1i1p1/pr_day_CNRM-CM5_historical_r1i1p1_18500101-200512.nc

or without the trailing ".nc":

ls -l /home/ahaque/Projects/CMIP5A/Daily/historical/CNRM-CM5/r1i1p1/pr_day_CNRM-CM5_historical_r1i1p1_18500101-200512
