Re: interpolating hybrid height coordinate to pressure level

You can have a look at:

However, this seems to be specific to the CAM model.
My advice is to get in touch with the HadGEM GCM group, and they more
than likely have a nice Fortran subroutine to convert from their hybrid
co-ordinate system to pressure levels.
