WRFV3.1 + NCL

Hi all,

I’m building WRFV3.1 against Intel compilers; Netcdf 4.0.1 was built also
against Intel compilers. My system runs Fedora 10 X86_64 and I downloaded
the NCL-5.1.0-3.fc10(X86_64) package from the repository. I would like to
know if it is possible to build the WPS plot packages (which use NCL) even
if NCL wasn’t built against intel compilers.
