ncl-ncarg for i686 gcc3.2.2

Dear all,

I would like to install the 'ncl-ncarg' libraries on a linux machine i686 with gcc3.2.2.
Does anyone know if there is a 'pre-compiled' version of 'ncl-ncarg' for this linux?
