we are in the process of creating flashed based NCL tutorials. the first
of these is ready for beta testing at:

http://www.cgd.ucar.edu/csm/support/Document/flash.shtml

please send me your critique. eventually, we would like an entire library
of these tutorials so that NCL users world wide will have access to the
information taught in our 3-day workshops.
