How to change a character

    I would like to change the "time" variable of a data file, the date
    variable "Times" here is an array of 19 characters. I need to
    change the string or one or two characters, like

    2003-05-22_12:00:00 to 2004-05-24_12:00:00

    and then write back the file.

    But my ncl file seems don't work. I attached my ncl file, please have a
    look at it. I have a data file in bluesky.
