Hi John,
You should already have a copy of the "WRF_contributed.ncl" file if
you have a version of NCL that is fairly recent (like a year or newer,
at least a031 or a032). This file is in the directory
$NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/wrf.
If you go to the URL below and look at examples 2 and higher, you
will see how it loads the WRF_contributed.ncl file.
