gsn_csm_streamline_contour_map_ce

Hi NCL Users,

I am trying to get a contour plot (2-dimensional ozone column data)
overlaid with streamlines. gsn_csm_streamline_contour_map_ce works
perfectly, however I dont want the ozone column values over the continents
set to "gray".

How can I do this.
