ncl binaries for MAC OS 10.3?

Hello,

I was trying to update the ncl binaries to version 4.3 on my laptop.
I downloaded the Mac OS 10.4 binaries from the website, but I get
errors when I try to run it. Are the binaries for MAC OS 10.3 available?
