First, could you provide a listing of the errors you see when you try
to run NCL? That may be helpful in determining the problems you're
experiencing.

As for a Mac OS 10.3 binaries, I do not believe we have any readily
available, as we've been at 10.4 for some time. I will do a bit of
checking and get back to you.
