Plot maps with no data in ocean

Hi,

I'm trying to plot a map with no data in ocean, only in continents.
The arquive used to plot the map has data for all globe.

Once way is the use of the mask, but I'd like to know if there is a
functionin NCL or other kind of resource to do this.
