You can use either gsn_polyline / gsn_add_polyline:
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Graphics/Interfaces/gsn_polyline.shtml
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Graphics/Interfaces/gsn_add_polyline.shtml
to add the line you want. Use gsn_add_polyline if you are paneling...
