In the skewT_PlotData plotting function there is a call to a
thermodynamics function "cape_thermo" (and other functions such as
ptlcl_skewt). I can't find any reference to those functions in the
on-line documentation or in other ncl files (such as shea_util.ncl).
Are there some hidden thermodynamics functions or are they in some
library which I have not found?
