Problem with Installing NCL on Windows

Hello,

I am trying to install NCL for Windows and I already have successfully installed the cygwin/x program.

I am following the install instructions found at http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/cygwin.shtml but am already stuck on step 4. I have changed my directory to /usr/local and have typed gunzip /home/KarinBumbaco/ncl-4.3.0.CYGWIN_i686.tar.gz into the window and I keep getting that there is no such file or directory. I save the .tar.gz file to C:\cygwin\home\Karin Bumbaco so the file should be there.

Any suggestions?
