Panel Labelbar

Hi all,

The placing of panel label bar seems to work perfect for 5-6 panels. I
am facing trouble with the panel label bar especially when I create a
large number of panels (see attachment). The label bar is automatically
placed over the axis labels. I can not figure out why should the
labelbar placement depend on the number of panels.
Is there a resource with which I can displace the panel labelbar? (I
tried changing the labelbar margin, but it does not look like a good
solution :) )
