Polygon filled with stipple or other patterns?

Hi,

I need a plot with polygon filled with different patterns.

The plots with polygon on NCL Homepage are filled with different colors, but I need a colorless plot, Is there anybody who know how to get a plot of polygon filled with different patterns (such as stipple, dot ...) .
