Can you add the following for us to your script and send us the output:
printVarSummary(levsoi)
printVarSummary(TSOI)
printVarSummary(lNew)
x=linint1_Wrap (levsoi,TSOI(time|:,lat|:,lon|:,levsoi|:),False,lNew, 0)
printVarSummary(x)
