Re: How to plot china political map in ncl?

To my knowledge, there are no China political divisions
built-in to NCL.

If you have the latitudes and longitudes of the boundaries,
you can draw them manually. See an Example 9 at:

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/polyg.shtml

which draws India state boundaries.
