polar plots w. different labels

Hi,

I'm doing a polar plot with gsn_csm_contour_map_polar
and want to substitute the long. labels by time,
e.g. "90E" with "6MLT". What is the right
name for the labels. Somehow tmXB is not working.
I guess it's for CE plots.
