Re: Panel labelbar.

Yi and other folks,

I have a fix for the panel labelbar issue that Yi mentioned.

If anybody needs to try this out, drop me an email. Currently, it
only works for cnLabelBarEndStyle seto to either "IncludeOutBoxes" or
"ExcludeOuterBoxes". I hope to add recognition of the
"IncludeMinMaxLabels" option soon.
