no libgfortran.so.1

HI,
I want to plot values at sation locations, such as station_2.ncl. But
failed to run it. The message is as following:
ncl: error while loading shared libraries: libgfortran.so.1: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
Where can I get this libgfortran.so.1?
